Boyfriend trouble

My boyfriend and I recently don't talk anymore and he got mad at me for wearing a crop top but I told him I wore a hoodie all day. He thought I was trying to hook up with some other guys but that wasn't true. I was in a rush so that's what I grabbed to put on. I feel like he's ignoring me for some reason I don't know, should I break up with him?
