Heart rate monitor recommendations?
Hi all! My doctor recommended that I purchase a heart rate monitor to wear during my workouts because he said my heart rate was getting too high (I currently monitor it with the built in things on the machines at the gym). Anyone have one they love? Anything that can monitor the baby's heart rate in the future? I'm only 6 weeks now. Thanks!
