ovulation and periods

I got off the numva ring three months ago as soon as I got off of it I had a regular period next month I was ten days late and now I'm going on 11 days for this month no I'm not pregnant why is this happening? It makes me think I'm not fertile but I took the ovulation text before and I was ovulating. This is my first time trying and I'm not even sure what to think please help
