How long have your worn a bra in a row?

Just curious how many days is exeptable to wear a bra in a row :) All my friends I have asked have said they have gone 3 days and I feel that's normal, right? They shower every day and don't sleep in it so I don't see it being a problem

Yeah, I try not to wear my bras more than 12 hours a day and I don't sleep in them. I wash them when they look dirty or start to smell like deodorant residue or sweat.
