roommate has me pissed

So, I live with my boyfriend and a male roommate, and we are all good friends. Lately, though, I've been super pissed at the roommate. His dog leaves mud on the walls, he turns up music and shows loud in the common space, and is messy. My bf sees no problems, so I don't want to seem like a bitch to ha e problems, but it was the last straw when he started taking all the time of my bf. It's like I'm living with two bros and I'm not noticed. He is taking every free moment with my bf for himself. And it makes me sad because I don't share some common interests. Or, they have been into an anime together and jumping in at the middle won't get me the full story. This morning, my only window of time to spend with my bf was stolen too because he works nights and we are only awake and home together for about an hour. My roommate stole it too. I hate confrontation and have bad anxiety but I need help.
