It's normal to be swollen for up to two weeks. If it's really uncomfortable you should call your doctor.
Try to keep them up when laying in bed, higher than your heart.

Mine were so swollen after my natural birth. My Dr said it's because the uterus had so much fluid and it all needs to go somewhere. Mine lasted about 2 weeks before going down. I only had one pair of shoes I could squeeze my feet into so I'm glad it didn't last too long!!

Mine were swollen too. I was swollen for a couple weeks before, then during 20 hours of labor my body got ALOT worse. To the point my c-section once they cut through my skin my tissues were leaking water. After surgery they put these leg wraps on me that would pump up alternating to help push the fluid up my legs. Mine went down almost completely a week after. Drink lots and keep track if you feel pain in your calf or if one side gets worse than the other. If so go to ER.

Did they swell up quickly? I'd call your DR, have them check your blood pressure and such. Could be preeclampsia, which can have side effects after delivery

How are you feeling? After my section my feet blew up like that too. With the IVs from the surgery you tend to retain lots of fluid. Keep them propped up and drink lots of water. Beware of shortness of breath could be a sign of fluid overload and that is not fun
