husband mad at me because of sex

So I will be 4 weeks postpartum on Tuesday and my husband is wanting to have sex. For one I ripped from one hole to the other and had lots of stitches so I am still sore some days. Two my doctor said to wait until six weeks. I'm already dealing with depression plus now this on top of it because I feel like I can't satisfy my husband and I don't know what I should do. I'm so upset I am bawling my eyes out ever 5 minutes and then with him trying to have sex and then get mad when I say we have two more weeks is not helping 😢
