Boots or Nikes Tennis shoes?

It's a rainy night and I am currently going to a rock concert. I am currently wearing jeans a pretty shirt and a pretty sweater. I was gonna wear either boots with a buckle, black flats or tennis shoes and switch my sweater to Adidas. Which would you choose? Pretty sure ill be standing for about 3 hours. Thx!
