Has anyone else had this?

I'm 15 weeks and have had constipation followed by diarrhea. I feel like I'm in a cycle of one and then the other, I get diarrhea so I take Imodium and then I can't go to the bathroom for days so then I take miralax and then I'm miserable with stomach cramps and diarrhea that's so incredibly painful. It's so embarrassing to talk about so I just tell everyone I don't feel good when they ask me if I want anything to eat when I'm having this trouble. Has anyone else had this? Help!!
