pet owners! help!
Not sure where to post this but could really use some tips/ideas:
Ok so my dog has an upset stomach. We moved recently and I ran out of her normal wet food so I had to pick something else up and I think that's what caused it. My other dog had it for a day and it went away because her stomach isn't nearly as sensitive but that food definitely didn't agree with either of them. For the most part she has an ok attitude and is in a good mood, but she definitely has some bad gas and diarrhea. She's also a little bit bloated and I can tell there is some sliiiiight discomfort. It's also making her butt raw at this point and I know that's uncomfortable. I put her on boiled chicken and it hardened back up, but then I did some research and found a better brand of food & introduced it and now her upset stomach is back (it was salmon & smelled pretty rich so I think that could have been the issue). Do you guys have any tips on how to ease her discomfort/help get rid of this diarrhea? I've given her a little bit of pumpkin but she hates it and have kept her on 1/2 pedialyte 1/2 water and she isn't dehydrated. Bringing back the chicken and rice tonight.
And also, any suggestions on a good wet food that works on sensitive stomachs? All she can have is wet so I really wanna make sure it's got good ingedients
