I think my coil has moved and its a sunday so where do i go ?

Please i really need some advise. Its 7am in the uk and its a sunday, the past few days ive been experiencing pain in the left side of my uterus, feeling sick with a high temperature and felling dizy. My discharge has been more frequent and has a playdough kind of smell to it. I checked my coil strings yesterday and they feel significantly shorter then when i last checked about 2 weeks ago. Where can i seek help on a sunday as i believe it is ergent now ? The sexual health clinic and hotline are only monday-friday and so is my doctors ... please help im in agony
