Anal sex without condoms?

Just a question because I've been seeing two different results of this: is it possible to get pregnant by having anal without a condom?

If semen drips from the anus to the vagina it is possible but very very unlikely

Possible? Yes. Likely? Not super. 
BUT condoms do more than protect against pregnancy. He could get a UTI from the bacteria which is transmitable. Plus if he gets and infection it can more easily get you sick of you get micro fissures from having anal sex on top of the risk youre already taking where the bacteria can go from your bowels into your bloodstream through those tiny openings.
But i mean, you do you.
