ovulation spotting or implantation bleeding?

Hey guys..

I made a stupid mistake as I allowed things to get heated last night without any protection, but he didn't cum in me. So I'm scared that his precum may have fertilised my eggs. I'm currently ovulating so the spotting bleeding that I saw today after a short stomache cramp can either be ovulation spotting or implantation bleeding. What do you think I can do?
