Okay so when I was 6weeks pregnant I had an ultrasound and was able to see the yolk sac but no baby. Last night(5-6-17) I had some spotting I didn't think nothing of it but went​ to the hospital today just to make sure everything was okay... and well the doctor did a ultrasound and said there was nothing there.

Is it possible I had a miscarriage? Im no longer spotting no more and im 7 weeks today. My HCG levels are high and normal 😥😞 Any comments would really help me out please, thanks.
