really in pain😢😢

Ok so im 5 weeks almost n having these pinching pain sometimes on both sides(ovaries i guess)can really scare me because im very scared of ectopic pregnancy can someone please put my mind at ease😢n scondly i had a pinched nerve at my back u can say my left hip which already getting alot worse itx hard for me to lay down when ever i get in bed i literally am screaming beacause of the pain it feels like some1 is twisting my hip bone please ladies any idea how to ease this would really help thanku in advance
