Husband wants me to eat
My husband has taken over the grocery shopping for now. I give him a list of things that I'd like, and he usually buys everything. However, he sees things that I would normally like (breakfast sausage, specific cereals, chicken nuggets) and buys them in bulk when they go on sale. He has done this a few times now, so I've got like 8 boxes of cereal. There is a problem with this... many of the things he thought he was being helpful by buying are things I absolutely can't stand the smell or taste of! I'd warned him about specific foods and they still came home. Now, after paying some larger-than-anticipated bills, we are a little tight this month. He basically told me that for the entire month of May, I'm going to just have to set aside my food aversions & cravings and eat what has already been bought. Who is right and who is being ridiculous here?
