small bleed on ultrasound?

Has anyone experienced a "small bleed" In ultrasound early (around 6 or 7 weeks)? My doctor just called me and said it's nothing to worry about but my ultrasound showed a small bleed 😔😔😔 anyone know about this? I have had no bleeding or spotting at all, apparently it's there in my uterus. This is my first pregnancy and I am just a little worried.

My doctor informed me it was VERY normal ! I had a tiny bit of light pink spotting, but our baby is still hanging in there like the strong warrior it's proved to be ❤️ no reason for worry  momma; you're not alone ❤️

My 7 week showed two small bleeds. Babies heart beat was strong and doctor said he's confined throngs are fine. Don't worry momma.

I spotted a little once, had an ultrasound and have a hemorrhage also but idk the size and Dr wasn't worried but I am of course but I'm almost 9weeks and I'm praying the baby turns out fine this is scary for me as this is my second baby and I never had anything similar with my first so I understand how scary it is

This was mine at 8w3d, the little extra bubble/pocket thing next to the one where my
Baby is, is where the bleed is, but everything was fine. I did actually pass some red blood and tiny blood clots too

This is mine. Can you see where it is? We saw and heard the heartbeat so I've read that's good.
