If I had sex with guy 1 on Monday night and had EWCM, and sex with guy 2 the following Saturday night,  who would you guess is my baby daddy? And yes,  they're both aware.

Only way to know for sure is DNA test. Hard to tell just by this info.

My friend experienced this, turned out to be the first guy. However, if you didn't ovulate until closer to the Saturday, it really could be any as spent can live a while in there! Unfortunately it's just a sit and wait until you can do a DNA test

By one day, it's impossible to know who's sperm made it to the egg first. They live for a few days in there, so even if you found out the literal day you conceived, you wouldn't know without a DNA test. 
It's good that they both know- they both need to be on board for that.

Not too sure but when you go to the doctor they can estimate the day day you got pregnant
