I just read something about freezing colostrum (I'm 21 wks btw) until the baby is born, is that a good idea or it doesn't make a difference UNTIL the baby is born?

Milk production wise it wouldn't make a difference. If you're leaking you can get milk savers to go in your bra. Freezing it isn't necessary but having some frozen isn't going to harm anything.

Definitely don't pump or express, it can cause you to go into preterm labor. Not recommended until like 37 weeks.

My doctor advised me not to pump...you can start preterm labor...

That's totally unnecessary. Your milk will come in a few days after birth and that's the stuff you want to save if you're pumping.
