I have high risk ultrasounds often and they will tell me I'm having a contraction at that moment and I had no idea. Kinda freaks me out but they say it's totally normal.

My first pregnancy I couldn't feel them at all the nurse would tell me I had a few on the monitor. It kinda was awesome beacuse when I started to contract when they induced me I barely felt it.

I didn't know I was having them my sister use to love feeling my belly and she use to tell me when I was having them when my bump would go rock hard under her hands x
