Are you planning to breast feed?

If yes, how long do you plan to do it for, if no what are your reasons?

I plan to primarily breast feed. However I'm going to pump so that my SO and babysitter can feed our son as well.

With my first I breastfed until he was 15 months, I was into my second trimester and it was just too draining for me to keep doing it, but once this one is born I'd like to at least try until he is 18 months

My first I only breastfed for 6 weeks, my second 6 months, and this baby I want to be able to breastfeed for 9 months or a year if I can. But fed is best. So as long as my baby tummy if full I'll be happy. 😊

So much admiration for those are are able to keep up with pumping! I plan to feed exclusively from the breast because I'm just too lazy to pump lol. I breastfed my son on demand till I was 16 weeks pregnant, so he was just about to turn 2. I dried up but he still dry nurses at night and I'm hoping to tandem feed my two babies ❤

I breast fed my first son for 15 months. While pumping as well, when my husband would want to feed our son etc. but I HIGHLY recommend it for sickness, comfort nursing, teething etc .... I loved it! I had some issues such as mastitis, clogged ducts, and my son had nipple confusion. But we pushed through made it. I will be breast feeding again for my next but I want to go longer this next time if I can. But if not, 15 months is a great for me.

I'm going to breastfeed for the first several days before my milk comes in and it's only colostrum and then I'm going to primarily pump after that, but will at least do on the breast once or twice a day to keep my supply up etc. with my daughter I exclusively breastfed and I ended up having to stop because I had multiple huge blisters on my nipples and was in excruciating pain that I couldn't even pump, I spoke to a lactation consultant and the latch was right, no tongue-tie or anything, she just told me to work through the pain because my nipples were just abnormally sensitive. Well, I couldn't do that and my supply dried up because of it, so I'm going to go easy on myself this time.
