How to get bigger hips??

I'm super tiny. I feel like it may help me "fill out". I wear 00 or 0. 24 roughly...but they're still so big!! I like need to be a bit wider

Any ideas?

Your best bet would be increase calorie intake and bulk up with weights

Get pregnant 😂😂 I'm tiny too...I'm 30 and still can't buy pants from a "real" store.... but I'm now 16+2 and even my mom commented I'm getting some hips on me. Here's to hoping they stay and I fit in ladies pants post baby 🙈

Love your body girl! Embrace it and rock it.. I was a 00 or 0 until I got pregnant with my daughter. Now I'm a size 8. I'm still slim but I got some booty on me (and to my dismay a bit of belly 😭) but I look at pics of myself from the days where I was like "I wish I had bigger hips and thighs!" and I'm like damn I looked good and I wish I wouldn't have spent so much time wishing I looked differently.

However, if you're dead set on filling out I suggest upping your calorie intake, squats, and lifting.

If you want to widen your hips I know there's certain yoga stretches and certain exercises you can do but it won't happen overnight. I also agree with the previous commenter!
