Substituting eggs???

When baking, what's a good substitute for eggs? I know applesauce is, but we don't have any.

Do you have ground flaxseed? Use 1 TBSP + 3 TBSP and let it sit for a few minutes. That formula equates to one egg.

Oil is not really the best substitute (just saw the pix someone posted) eggs are the binder, you're not gonna wanna add oil instead to a brownie recipe or anything, as there is already oil.

I wouldn't use banana unless you want the whole recipe to taste like banana. It's one of those things that take over the taste 😣

1/4 cup of mashed bananas per egg, 1 tsp baking soda with 1 tbs white vinegar or apple cider vinegar, or 1/4 yogurt or buttermilk per egg.
