When did they start and how do they feel?

At 28 weeks. I remember a period cramp like feeling so I reached down and put my hands on my stomach and my uterus was in a hard, tight ball. It only lasts about 20 seconds but it scared me the first time.

I started having them around 25 weeks and I actually went in last night because they were getting more regular and persistent. I'm still not in actual labor (28+5 now) as my cervix is still closed, but it had me a little concerned! It feels to me like there's a band around the lower part of my bump that's constricting. I can feel the muscles tense up and relax
