bloody show or spotting from exam ?

I had a exam earlier today and he checked my cervix , I have never bled from a exam and this one was no different from any other exam I have gotten . However about a hour ago, I went to the bathroom and there was dark brown blood, kinda like what you get toward the end of your period along with a darker red clot/mucus? Do you think this was my bloody show or just from the exam ? I am currently 39w4d
