7 mo baby woke up hysterical?

My baby has been a pretty easy going baby. She has had a hard time staying asleep tonight and just woke up hysterical. Boogy bubbles and all. I took her Jammie's off to check her, temperature was normal. Wouldn't take pacifier, or any soother. I held her till she relaxed and feel back to sleep. I wondered if she's teething? We still don't have any teeth. This past weekend she slept with me in bed on a trip. Was she freaking out because of that? Anyone have any experience with this?
