Best way to stop periods?

I've exams for the next two months and I'll going on holidays and I don't want to take my period when I'm in revision mode or when I'm on holidays, what would be the best option?🤔

You can't stop it it doesn't work that way. Unless you're stressed out or taking medication for medical reasons then your period could possibly be late but that isn't 100% . Just have to deal with it.
