baby meals ?

What are you all feeding your babies for meal now (solids) and how much. I worry I am not giving him enough. Since the baby food and rice cereal looked like more to me.

We do BLW mixed with some purée here and there. Breakfast usually is yogurt or yogurt drops and a fruit. (whole Banana and a 3oz yogurt pouch.) About once a week we'll do scrambled eggs with cheese or prices of a begal with chive and onion cream cheese along with her fruit. (One egg and maybe a third of a begal) lunch lately has been hummus on weat bread and a baby bell cheese (half a piece of bread and maybe two table spoons of hummus) I will also give any left over purée from the night before if she's still hungry. PBJs or mac-n- cheese are also some of our top picks for lunch with small positions. 
Dinner is really just trying some of what ever we're eating but I give her a 4oz jar of baby food (most of the time a full veggie or veggie, veggie, fruit combo)to ensure she's getting her veggies. she like all kinds of stuff you just have to go slow and wait a couple day in between trying new things.

I feed her the little toddler meals on the baby food aisle or whatever we're eating. We eat pretty healthy and she stopped liking baby food once she got the real stuff.

I feed her 3 meals a day and then give her little finger snacks with her bottles in between. She drinks 3-4 7 oz bottles a day and water with meals. I also taught her the baby sign language motion for "all done" (I would do it everytime we finished a meal or bottle) and within a few days she learned it and now uses it to tell me when she's full! It's been amazing!

We do blw with my 10month old she tells me when she haas had enough. Ur bub will generally move his head away from the spoon if his had enough or not open his mouth. Hell keep opening it if he wants more.

Breakfast shes had, race cereal (shes turned off it atm) weetbix with puree fruit into it, 1 crumpet with pureed fruit on top and some fruit, oats with fruits, finger oats. 
Lunch- vegimite, vegimite and cheese, peanut butter, avocado sandwich, omelet, scrambled eggs, vege fritatias, boiled egg with cheese and fruit, pasta 
Dinner- is what we eat which is always meat (chicken, steak, pork, lamb) and mixxed veges. Sometimes ill grate cheese on top or add pasta and pesto for a pasta dish. If she doesnt eat much i offer her a baby yogurt for some more calcium

Answer

I follow my son cues, if he wants more I give him more and if not then I stop. He had spaghetti with chicken and spinach yesterday. I give him different food here and there. Hope that helps
