Cramping after 1 hr glucose test.

First i felt nauseous and a little dizzy, after drinking the drink. Its been exactly 2 hrs since i finished drinking it and im cramping in my lower back... Anyone else go through this? Or is the cramping from something else?

I still havent eaten and my son is going crazy in there, moving around.
