Hey. So after 6 positive tests (even a digital test saying pregnant) I really don't feel pregnant at all. Honestly all I've been feeling is being so emotional like I've been crying a lot esp at small things. And also just tired all the time and appetite increased that's it. Even when I went to the hospital cuz I wasn't feeling well, they claimed I wasn't pregnant at all and they say cysts in my uterus. Could they mistakes that for my baby? Idk. I'm so confused. I hate if those were all false positives. Here's a pic of my digital test. But Idk what to believe now. Please help me thank you 😭😭😢😢
