wedding/TTC with pcos

So in 51 more days I will be marrying my best friend! Words can not describe how I feel, this day is getting so close! So my fiancé and I have been TTC for about two and half years with no luck. We did four round of clomid and after dealing with to much disappointment I decided to stop trying all together and just focus on the wedding! Now that the wedding is around the corner my fiancé really want to start a family asap, during our TTC break I have lost a total of 19 pounds!! I have heard a lot of women with pcos say that when you loose weight it's easier to get pregnant. Well still no luck at all. Do anyone have any advice or direction I should go? Clomid is a no go for us, but if there's some other options I would love to know or hear your PCOS story!
