can't figure this image out

Not sure if this matters here or not but I'll start with I lost a baby at full term a year and a half ago. (Stillborn)

I went for my first ultrasound today and some of this pics the baby has this butterfly looking figure on its head where the eyes nose and mouth should be. I know they are all there because another picture clearly shows them. This baby was also VERY active.

Someone said something to me that my stillborn baby was "hugging and protecting this baby" because they recognized the figure as well.

I'm also not sure if it could possibly be baby's legs and feet and it was just all squished up lol

However these pics are making me feel weird. Does anyone have any opinions? I feel like it's the legs because whee the abdomen would be it looks like a butt lol
