Weird dreams

I had a dream a month ago showing that I was 7 weeks pregnant! Then a couple night's ago I had a dream that I was 5 months pregnant! I'm not sure what to think or what to do! I stopped my medication for my PCOS, we've stopped trying, and I was suppose to get AF on Monday, according to Glow, but she hasn't appeared and I'm not sure if it is because I stopped my meds for fertility and my AF is just wanting to go back to being irregular or if there is something there! Has anyone ever had a dream of being pregnant and was actually pregnant?
