Stuck in a confusing place

I'm 17 and my baby daddy is 18, we have an almost two year old son together and we have been broken up for a year. He's been dating a new girl for about five months now. Idk what to do I still love him and care about him very much! We broke up due to has having several relationship issues and it had gotten to the point where we could just not get along (I also think the stress from having a new baby at the time added on to it) Well, we get along really well now, he came over to my home yesterday morning at 2:00am and we sat in his car and just talked until almost 5:00am. It was great, we talked about everything it honestly made me miss him so so much. Idk what to do. We've both grown alot over the past year of not being together, and we get along so well. I know this sounds selfish considering he has a girlfriend but I wish I could just get him back, I wish I could show him how much i've changed since then, and I wish he would give us another shot. I spent half of the day crying over some of our memories, I swear I've never loved someone so much (besides our son of course)
