Am I pregnant?

So here's a question for you all, I'm currently on my period yet I'm getting pregnancy symptoms, strong ones! Like my nipples tingling, I can taste metal in my mouth etc etc, this could be because of my period but here's the twist, I've had a son, I conceived him and then I had a period after this is why I think I could be again. Also I only started Tuesday and was very heavy, now I'm light and not experiencing any pain what so ever! Help!!!
