Quick flow of liquid after shower??

I'm 27 weeks pregnant, and for the past week or two every time I get out of the shower, about two minutes later clear liquid flows out of my vagina, almost like I just peed myself! Does anyone know what this is? It's getting annoying because it ALWAYS waits until JUST after I put my underwear on 🙄
