so many women talk about their menstrual cycles being painful and heavy, but then continue eating unhealthy, processed, greasy, unreal food.
If you want your period to be regular, less painful, and lighter, YOUR DIET IS THE MOST IMPORTANT FACTOR. Your body deserves REAL FOOD, so stop feeding yourself processed and unhealthy foods like dairy, fries, burgers, rice crispy treats, literally anything that comes from a fast food restaurant, a restaurant that serves greasy foods, and anything that comes in a box, or package.
Your body deserves real foods from the PRODUCE section. NOT from the meat section, snack sections, dairy section, and so on.
So many women will try to justify that their painful and heavy periods are because of something else, but it really has EVERYTHING to do with how you're treating your body, if you're not exercising your body out and you're just drinking sodas and snacks that have HUNDREDS of chemicals in them, chances are very high that your menstrual cycle is going to be comparable to hell.
Get fresh, organic produce. if you're going to say "healthy food is too expensive", remember that your health is the most important and should be your biggest investment. Buy healthy foods the same way you buy your new iPhone, new computer, new clothing, etc.
