A Muslim African American woman went into her local bank. She had a hood on covering her hair. She was rudely told to take her hood off. The woman coinref to 3 and said she was going to call the police. The woman returned with her hijab, no hood and was still told to take her hood off, even though it was clear it was a hijab. The woman called the police, and the woman discriminated against, left in tears. The bank since issued an " apology ". The woman is in a management position and has NOT BEEN REPRIMANDED.

Was this an act of Bigotry?

Or was the woman misinformed on cultural attire?
