vagina not normal?

I've come to realize that I think my hymen is in the way of my vagina and I haven't been able to put tampons in because of it. I'm not having sex yet so I don't think it should be a huge problem but what should I do? Should I go to the doctor?

Are you sure it's your hymen?

I would suggest seeing a gynaecologist. Even if you don't plan on having sex. If it's causing discomfort they'll be able to give you suggestions on what it is and how it can be treated.

Your vagina is normal, your hymen doesn't affect you using tampons and you don't need to go to the dr.
