Am I pregnant

I took a pregnancy test in the afternoon yesterday and it came out negative well I was cleaning this morning I pulled it out and it was positive I even attached a picture below to show I do believe I'm pregnant but my brain is running 1,000,000 miles so ladies help me out and my pregnant
