I've heard some things can reduce milk supplY. Anything that doesn't?

Honey is great. A teaspoon by itself.  And/or make a tea with the juice from 1/2 a lemon and honey. Both are known to help with cough and cold symptoms. Elderberry syrup is what I tend to reach for.

You can take regular delsym or Robitussin. The basic stuff without the expecterant.
