talking.. or not?

Hey all. What are your babies talking like? I'm worried our little one is behind... he only makes a few sounds ( oo, ah and mmm). I feel like he should be doing more and getting worried!?

My 8 month old babbled quote early so I thought woo my son will start communicating early. Nope lol. Still stuck on mama, ra ra, baba, gaga.

My daughter talks literally everyday. She will be 8 months the 21st n says mama, dada, mimi, n nom nom when I ask if she's hungry. On the flip side to that she isn't crawling or making an effort to crawl. She also rolled both ways later than normal. She is now trying to stand on her own n roll up to sit on her own. She also holds my hands n walks. I think every baby is different in their own way mine just happened to want to talk first...must be the female gene 😂

Nope, my little guy isn't babbling yet. He mostly just blows bubbles, makes a hissing sounds, and coos. He is crawling, pulling up, and even attempting to cruise. I think he's just too focused on trying to get into everything than trying to communicate.

My son is 7 months and doesn't really make any sounds as such. He screams when excited. I'm not worried about him. He's nearly crawling though they all develop differently.

All my 7month old does is (mmm,ooo,baaa, and of course the high pitch screaming when she's super excited) so I wouldn't be to worried about it, my sister in laws son didn't actually start making word sounds till he was 13 months but he was crawling at 4 months and walking with out help by 9 months
