My baby is still ebf, but I feel like he doesn't nurse as much there fore my supply has dropped dramatically.. I power pumped yesterday and now every time he nurses I'm pumping for 10 mins.. anything else I can do besides stay hydrated to help? He's 9.5 m old and to plan to wean at 11.5 ... if hate to quit now or have to supplement bc we have made it this long !
