does depression pills get you more sucidal??

so i have depression and sucidal thoughts, i need to be on pills or something. because i can't take it anymore i won't eat , im crying and getting mad all the time .. Do pills make you worse or how does that go?
i need help if any of you ladies take something for it pleas

You can go to a doctor you trust and talk about these things. Pills can affect people differently. Not everyone is the same. These thoughts you are having to can be scary and there are many ways to help you deal with them. One would be a prevention hotline 1-800-273-8255 . Don't be afraid to call. Another would be going to talk to a therapist. Think of it as a normal doctor visit, for ex. if there was something bothering about your health you would go see your (physican) doctor. A therapist is just that for our mind. It's helped me reecover through so many different things. Don't give up and hang in there, I know it's hard but this glow family is here for you. ❤️

Yeah antidepressants have suicidal thoughts as a side affect. Just have to find the right one for you and call your doctor right away if you notice the thoughts getting worse after starting the meds.

You need to go talk to a doctor this is not the place to be getting advice on this. Doctors have gone and continue to go to school for this. As a person that has clinical depression you need to go talk to a doctor like tomorrow.
