sample feeding for 12 weeks

How much and how often are you formula feeding your babies? My baby will be 12 weeks soon and right now I'm feeding her 4 oz every 3 hours during the day and at night she can go 6-8 hours without a feed. She's 11.4 lbs as of yesterday when I checked. Should I up the feeding to 5 oz every 4 hours? And how does night work of say the last feeding ends at 7 pm then I would have to dreamfeed her again at 10 pm another 5 oz?
