Baby is not pooping and has other issues

Ok so he's a month now but for the past 2 days he will not poopcfor 24 hours then he will have really bad diahrrea and then again no poop 24 hours then soooo much diahrrea. And I was EBF but he started kind of throwing up Like not just spit up so I gave him formula but it got worse. And we tried formula sensitive and still the same. So I went back to breastfeeding. And he's still not pooping and being fussy and I don't know what to do anymore. I literally have not slept in over 24 hours not even a nap. I need to calm him down and sleep. He takes nap but my toddler doesn't let me sleep.
