weight loss!!!
So, I gained a whopping 70 lbs with my pregnancy (I was 5'5 and 95 pounds, very underweight) my doctor was not concerned because the first 25/30 pounds were just pueberty weight and normal weight (I finally didn't look starving) and the rest was extra baby weight. I lost 40 lbs the first 3 months post partum. The rest won't seem to come off.. I know diet and exercise are obviously what I need to work on but did anyone have any tricks or miracles that helped them on their weight loss journey? Or special recipes/ drinks for controlling cravings
