Could anybody explain this "Ramzi" for me please? 2nd baby and curious.

The top picture is my first ultrasound of this current pregnancy done at 6 weeks exactly transvaginally- heartbeat of 120.

The bottom picture is my son's ultrasound at 6w5d also done transvaginally in the same office.

Now my question is (which may be a little silly but I have no clue) since they're on completely opposite sides, does that mean opposite gender too according to the ramzi theory? Any help or insight would be appreciated- TIA!
