Does johnsons bedtime lotion really work?

Question

I read on what to expect when you're expecting to use a lotion after bath time. I will do bath time at night and I want to know if it actually helps putting them to sleep.

We use aveeno bedtime bath and lotion which is way better than Johnson.  But as another poster said it's not the lotion it's the routine. We've been doing the same routine for 11 months. We've missed 1 bath because I was just plain exhausted.  Routine routine routine

There was a class action suit against them where they had to send out checks because it doesn't actually work.

I got some all natural calming lavender oil, which maybe helps a little... but not a huge amount 😂
