failed IUI the first time but this second time

I have zero symptoms this time. I'm 8dpiui today and I'm exhausted but, that's it. The last time I had cramps almost everyday after the IUI and creamy cm (this always happened for almost the two years ttc).This time, I'm in my 2 week wait and I don't have any symptoms. Is it possible to be pregnancy with no symptoms? Has anyone been pregnant with no signs leading up to finding out?
